A well-known figure in pest management and a long-standing advocate for professional standards, Natalie will rejoin BPCA’s senior leadership team, heading up the Association’s award-winning membership engagement and technical functions.

Natalie previously spent 12 years at BPCA, where she played a key role in shaping technical guidance, supporting members on the ground, and representing the industry in the media.

Many members will recognise her from BPCA webinars, Forums and initial assessments, as well as her regular appearances on TV, radio and in the press.

She returns to BPCA from Pestforce UK, where she has been working as Technical Director.

Natalie’s background

Natalie began her career in pest management in 2002, working across London and the South East, in both urban and rural environments. Her experience spans a wide range of pest issues, from cockroaches to moles, alongside the use of air weapons and other specialist control techniques. She later moved into a supervisory role at Leeds City Council, managing technicians, contracts and statutory services.

Her background across both public and private sectors gives her a broad understanding of the challenges facing pest professionals today.

“It’s difficult to fully capture the passion I have for driving the industry forward and supporting pest professionals - whether BPCA members or not.

"After more than two decades in the field, there is nowhere I would rather be than at the UK’s leading Association, where I can channel that passion into meaningful impact, supported by an exceptional and highly valued team of staff, members, and volunteers who together make up the BPCA community.

"Needless to say, I am very much looking forward to my return!”

BPCA Chief Executive Rosina Robson said:

“It’s fantastic to welcome Natalie back to BPCA. She’s hugely respected across the sector and brings a rare combination of technical expertise, practical experience and a real understanding of our members’ day-to-day challenges.

“After a strong external and competitive recruitment process, Natalie stood out not just for her knowledge, but for her commitment to raising standards and supporting the industry to thrive.

“I know she’ll hit the ground running and make a real impact for our members.”

Natalie will take up her new role in early June.
